Bruce has worked in environmental consultancy for 25 years, 20 of those at Technical or Managing Director level. He's held technical, team leader, product development and business leadership roles with several high profile consultancies. Bruce formed EnviroDat in 2003, gaining MCerts/UKAS accreditation for the organisation soon after. A specialist in industrial emissions monitoring and other aspects of air quality, including occupational hygiene, he's now largely responsible for EnviroDat's technical and business development, but is still field active.

Since starting his career in the monitoring industry in 2006, David has gained a high level of experience and qualifications within the sector. He joined EnviroDat in 2009 in the role of Team Leader, before becoming Operations Manager in 2013. Through working on a large and diverse array of plant and processes over the years, David has been able to build the knowledge to understand the requirements of many different types of client.

Yu has worked in industrial emissions monitoring for nine years. During this time he's undertaken the role of Team Leader on various projects, providing a dedicated environmental testing and measurement service. Yu has worked with numerous UKAS accredited companies, carrying out on-site sampling of most major pollutants.

Dean began his career as a multi-skilled Engineering Technician at AstraZeneca pharmaceuticals, leaving after eight years to complete a degree in environmental conservation at Sheffield Hallam University. He spent the next few years working for countryside conservation organisations in both the public and private sectors, including the Peak District National Park Authority. Before joining EnviroDat full time, he held the role of Contracts Manager with Conserve Environmental Consultants. Now a Level I Source Testing Technician, Dean hopes to soon complete his Level II to become a Team Leader.

Tom started his working life as a Bicycle Mechanic. After completing his Degree in Environmental Science at the University of Reading in 2010, it seemed only natural to start off his career in the industry with the (very) locally based EnviroDat team.
With an ability to understand the processes encountered and testing methods involved Tom got off to a good start at EnviroDat.
Progressing to MCERTS Level 1 in April 2011 enabled him to take on more work.

Andy has worked across many disciplines, starting in analytical chemistry in the early 1990s when he was involved in quality control and research of oil products at a leading oil company. The responsibilities of his role then diversified to include environmental monitoring of site emissions to land, air and water. Since joining EnviroDat four years ago Andy has been involved in asbestos and legionella surveying and management and occupational health monitoring, while supporting the core landfill emission monitoring and general stack testing activities.

Aine's background is in the food sector. She spent eight years working at the Institute of Food Research, followed by five years with a food consultancy developing new products and working in Quality Assurance. Since joining EnviroDat in 2005 as the part-time Quality Manager, Aine's position has grown along with the company - evolving into a full-time general management and quality role. As well as auditing the teams, she gets out on-site to help with site work, and has also been registered as an MCerts trainee.
